Community Links is a social action charity, rooted in east London but with national reach.
They are seeking a Director of Action and Advocacy – one of two new director roles on our senior management team – who will help steer the organisation through the next stage of its journey. As their Director of Action and Advocacy, you will play an instrumental part in ensuring we continue to drive change on the ground, leading our newly integrated service delivery and policy directorate to achieve real impact. With experience that crosses both policy and practice, you will build on our strong reputation in early interventions on some of society’s biggest issues. A strategic thinker and experienced leader, you will act collaboratively, be creative and above all inspire a talented and committed team to deliver.
Every decision made at Community Links is grounded in a deep understanding of the needs of those we serve, and this role offers an opportunity to join a highly regarded organisation that is delivering real and lasting social change within our society. The successful post holder will contribute to the corporate leadership of the charity and the implementation of its new strategy. The challenge is both exciting and significant.
