Facilities Coordinator

Organisation: Town Hall, Hebden Bridge

Salary: £20k per annum,37.5 hours per week

The Town Hall is a beautiful and high quality building and we want it to stay that way.

We need to ensure that we are continuing to improve the building and its systems, planning ahead for the future, whilst also taking care of the gradual refurbishment of the old part of the building.

Are you able to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of a building like ours, from managing the cleaning to ensuring the maintenance of the electrical and mechanical building systems ? If you can do this and be part of a team who cover each other’s roles as necessary and balance the many competing demands of a big building, a substantial footfall and a small staff team, then we would love to hear from you.

We don’t just want a facilities coordinator in the background; we want someone who will contribute to the life of this vibrant and exciting place.
