Legal advice

Sarah Patrice, Anthony Collins Solicitors will answer your legal queries on legal structures, board issues, governance arrangements and community asset transfer. If there is another legal query that you have then please do ask; if Sarah doesn’t know the answer, she can probably find out for you!

Measuring impact

Are you increasingly being asked to demonstrate your impact to funders, partners and others? We can advise you on how to take a strategic approach to data collection, the systems options to embed this in the organisation, and how to disseminate the impact results. Ask Elly or Meena.

If you’re a group starting out and would like advice on setting up a business, or you’re an established community organisation looking for an organisational review, we can give you pointers on where to start and what to think about, including the legal considerations. Ask Phil or Peter.

Marketing and Communications

Do you want to reach new people locally, engage more with existing users of your services or both? We can give you tips on a marketing plan which helps you achieve your organisation’s goals, develop your digital communications, and advise on branding. Ask Clare.

In this time of austerity, collaborative approaches have never been more important. Collaboration spans a wide range of activities from simple networking and good practice sharing, to developing new consortia to bid for contracts, or even organisational mergers. We can help you get started. Ask Jeff or Paul.
