Legal advice

Measuring impact

Are you increasingly being asked to demonstrate your impact to funders, partners and others? We can advise you on how to take a strategic approach to data collection, the systems options to embed this in the organisation, and how to disseminate the impact results. Ask Elly or Meena.

Governance

If you’re a group starting out and would like advice on setting up a business, or you’re an established community organisation looking for an organisational review, we can give you pointers on where to start and what to think about, including the legal considerations. Ask Phil or Peter.

Marketing and Communications

Do you want to reach new people locally, engage more with existing users of your services or both? We can give you tips on a marketing plan which helps you achieve your organisation’s goals, develop your digital communications, and advise on branding. Ask Clare.

Collaboration

In this time of austerity, collaborative approaches have never been more important. Collaboration spans a wide range of activities from simple networking and good practice sharing, to developing new consortia to bid for contracts, or even organisational mergers. We can help you get started. Ask Jeff or Paul.
