    Here are a few guidelines to help you get started:

    1. Register as a forum user

    Before you can post anything, you have to register as a forum member. We need a few bits of info about you, including your name, email address and organisation. If you’re part of a Locality member, you’ll be asked to select your organisation from a drop down list.

    2. Publish a post

    To keep the forum organised, the main topics – the ones on the forum home page – are created by the site moderator. Site users are able to create sub-topics within them. Before creating a new sub-topic, please check to make sure a similar one does not exist already. You can of course add your comment to an existing thread, or reply to another user’s post.

    3. Ask a question

    Choose one of the main topics, or a sub-topic, under which to post your question or comment. You can tick a box to receive an email notification when someone replies to your post.

    4. Share knowledge

    Please help others by answering their questions and sharing your experiences. If you’ve come across a useful resource or a good website, let others know. You don’t have to be an ‘expert’ to help other forum users – by sharing ideas you can make progress together.
