How to become a host organisation

We are looking for local organisations to recruit, host and support trainee community organisers.

To be a host organisation you must care deeply about your community, be locally rooted and inspired by the potential of community organising.

Host recruitment is ongoing

You can apply to become a host at any time. All the applications we receive will be considered at each ‘snapshot’ and will be reviewed by a panel four times a year.

Testimonials from your local community

We require two testimonials as part of your application. The testimonials should be from people in any of the communities you want to place trainee community organisers.

The people you you ask to provide a testimonial should describe:

• why they would welcome the Community Organisers programme to their area
• why your organisation or group would make a good host
