About the role
There are two roles available, one full-time and one part-time.
Hours: 1 x FT 37.5 hours per week
1 x PT 22.5 hours per week
Term: Permanent subject to funding
We are looking to recruit highly motivated and confident people to join WECIL’s hardworking Social Enterprise team in the role of Client Support Advisor.
The Social Enterprise team are the flagship of this process as they are currently evaluating performance and redesigning work to provide the most effective service to our customers.
WECIL is undergoing significant change, we are redesigning work across the organisation along Systems Thinking principles so the ideal candidate will be open to change and prepared to contribute to the redesign work directly.
The role involves supporting our clients to have choice and control over how they manage their own care and support by recruiting and employing their own Personal Assistants. The successful candidates will have a strong customer service background as well as excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
