We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and confident person to join WECIL’s Social Enterprise Team as a Client Support Payroller. Our Payroll Bureau processes 600 payrolls for individual employers, who are disabled people using a Direct Payment to employ 1-12 Personal Assistants.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience of end to end payroll processing, excellent customer service skills, be able to use initiative and have a strong eye for detail. Previous experience of working in a payroll bureau, auto-enrolment assessment and the making of payments would be desirable.

WECIL is undergoing significant change, we are redesigning work across the organisation along Systems Thinking principles so the ideal candidate will be open to change and prepared to contribute to the redesign work directly.
The Social Enterprise team are the flagship of this process as they are currently evaluating performance and redesigning work to provide the most effective service to our customers.
