- An excellent understanding of charity and campaigning work, including public affairs campaigning.
- Able to act as a senior leader in building and developing new partnerships and relationships to enhance our work and build our income streams.
This role is more likely to be suitable to a marketing professional with experience of running an integrated marketing and communications function within a multi-disciplinary organisation rather than a marketing/creative agency.
The sector in which Locality works is often dominated by people from white privileged backgrounds. We are looking for people that bring a different perspective so that we better reflect the communities we serve. We particularly welcome applications from those who are significantly underrepresented in our organisation and sector, such as Disabled people and people from communities experiencing racial inequity.
Where we have candidates of equal merit, we will prioritise selection and appointment of people who are from such backgrounds.
The current Covid 19 emergency has proved that our teams can work effectively from around the country. So, although our Head Office is in Shoreditch, this post will remain flexible on location.
We strongly encourage you to look carefully at our website and find out about our work and our projects
