We are looking for an individual who is passionate about utilising excellent financial management and financial leadership to enable us to deliver our charitable objectives.
Reporting to the CEO of Southmead Development Trust, you will drive forwards the Trust’s ambitions to grow its impact through continuous improvement of its financial systems and accurate, constructive reporting.
You will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team and a trusted advisor to project leaders as we develop our existing activities and establish new services and mechanisms for increasing our impact. Using a range of methods, this work will include joint ventures, Community Interest Companies and wholly owned trading subsidiaries.
You will be experienced in drafting budgets for business plans and funding applications. You will be confident in negotiating and securing different forms of multi-million-pound repayable finance, contracts and donations.
With a keen eye for detail, you will be equally passionate in the management of the many small budgets we hold on behalf of some truly transformational projects and smaller community groups.
Salary: £40-50k per annum (pro-rata)
Hours: Between 20 – 37 per week to be worked flexibly
Contract type: Permanent
