We are looking for people that bring a different perspective so that we better reflect the communities we serve. We particularly welcome applications from those who are significantly underrepresented in our organisation and sector, such as Disabled people and people from Black, Asian and minoritized ethnic communities. Where we have candidates of equal merit, we will prioritise selection and appointment of people who are from such backgrounds.

The current Covid 19 emergency has proved that our teams can work effectively from around the country. So, although our Head Office is in London, this post will initially be home based and will remain flexible on location.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify new and emerging markets for business development
  • Assess and analyse the potential to grow and adapt existing services and products
