Applicants must have work experience in supervising and/or training vulnerable people and/or those with disabilities, enthusiasm for practical projects and an ability to undertake some physical tasks. You must be comfortable working with computers, as clear record keeping is an important part of the role.
About the role
The job will consist of working alongside unemployed, inactive and/or otherwise disadvantaged people, participating in Canopy activities and supporting people into employment education, job search and/or training.
You will be expected to identify, lead and organise street- and neighbourhood-based projects, find appropriate funding and assist in all aspects of the ESF programme.
