About this event

Much hope is placed on community-led housing being on the verge of a break through moment in terms of recognition, support and more importantly getting more homes built for those looking for decent housing at a price they can afford.

Our next Community-led housing (CLH) network event will focus on the opportunities and challenges of putting together the finances to deliver community-led housing.

Covering publicly funded grant, social finance and community share offers, the event is an opportunity to hear from those managing funding programmes and share experiences of putting together viable finance packages and working on innovative CLH projects.
