14:30–15:30

The second in a series of HR related workshops as we ease out of lockdown to look at the new practices we have developed, what have we learnt and what are the implications for developing good practice going forward.

About this event

During the pandemic many staff teams have worked ‘above and beyond’ – really pulling out all the stops to help their communities. Unfortunately a small number may take advantage of the situation or may feel very unhappy about the way they have been supported during this time, leading to an increased number of disciplinary and grievance issues at work.

We’ll hear about the practice steps you need to know about in order to get the best outcome possible for your organisation. Going through the disciplinary and grievances processes can be some of the most stressful situations at work, particularly in smaller organisations. We’ll look at both the legal issues and good practice to ensure that you are supported.
