While many organisations and businesses have stalled during lockdown, others, particularly community organisations, have been as busy as ever. Staff recruitment has had to continue for many of us but with the added challenges of the Covid 19 restrictions. As we come out of these restrictions there is a chance to reflect on what we have learnt about staff recruitment during these times and develop our practice.

Come to this webinar to share experiences and talk to others about what they have done and learnt. We’ll also talk about Locality’s transformation of its own staff recruitment systems. It’s a chance to share, learn and be inspired!
