About this event
This event is now fully booked.
Housing is not easy and a major challenge for community organisations looking to realise their housing ambitions is getting the right mix of capital funding. Using a proportion of loan finance is usually inevitable but too much loan and schemes can become unviable. Therefore, community organisations driving forward housing projects tend be some of the most innovative when it comes to combining different capital funding sources to create viable schemes.
Join this masterclass to hear about some of these sources of funding and how your organisation might access them. The session will include contributions from community led housing organisation Goodwin Housing (Hull) which have developed their own housing projects using a blend of capital funding sources.
