All of the conference areas at the hotel are fully accessible, and the hotel also offers accessible bedrooms.
We have a group B&B rate of £125.00 (inc. VAT) per night based on single occupancy that you can access with the link included in the confirmation email you’ll receive after booking a ticket for Locality Convention ’21.
(T&Cs: All reservations will require a debit/credit card for guarantee at the time of booking. Individual reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without charge. Any cancellation past this date will be subject to a cancellation charge for the first night of stay. The rate expires on 16th October.)

Arriving by train
If it is convenient we suggest arriving by train. Birmingham New Street train station is a 15-20min walk to the Eastside Rooms.
Arriving by car
There is no parking at the Eastside Rooms, however, there are alternative off-site car parks which are 3-10 minute walk, as follows:
- Millennium Point Car Park (3 min walk)
- Aston University Car Park 5, Holt Street, B7 4BH (Open: 6 am to 10 pm, No overnight parking, 7 min walk)
- NCP Birmingham Londonderry House (10 min walk)
Arriving by plane
