About the meeting
You are invited to the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Locality. We are holding this as part of our national convention programme. The AGM will be held on Zoom from 11.15am to 12.15am on Monday 7 November 2022.
You do not need to attend Convention ‘22 to attend the AGM. Any member of Locality (Network, Essentials, Membership Plus, Partner and Partner Plus) is eligible to attend the AGM. However, only members who are company members (i.e. they hold membership in the Essentials or Membership Plus packages) are entitled to vote.

- Apologies
- Approval of the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Locality held on Tuesday 16 November 2021, online (see AGM papers).
- Consideration and adoption of the annual report for the period ending 30 June 2022 (see AGM papers).
- Consideration and adoption of the audited accounts of Locality (UK) for the period ending 30 June 2022 - including presentation from the Treasurer (see AGM papers).
- Appointment of auditors and fixing of their remuneration.
The Locality Board recommends that MHA MacIntyre Hudson LLP are reappointed and that the task of fixing remuneration is delegated to the Locality Board. - Appointment of Directors (see AGM papers). Proxies
Company members of Locality, those in the Essential or Membership Plus packages, are entitled to appoint a proxy to exercise all or any of your rights to attend, speak and vote at the meeting if you are unable to attend.
You can only appoint a proxy using the procedures set out in the notes (included in the proxy form). Proxy forms are included on page 2 of the AGM papers and must be returned by noon on Friday 4 November to danielle.newson@locality.org.uk.
