Back our call for more community ownership funding

Across the country, community organisations are showing what’s possible when local people have the power to shape their neighbourhoods and the services they rely on.

But if our new Prime Minister is serious about putting communities at the heart of his vision for the country, he needs to give people the means to build that power.

That's why we're calling for £200m funding for community ownership at the Autumn Budget, alongside a cross-government strategy, as we set out in our recent research. But we need your help.

Sign our letter today and help us convince the Government to act.

Who we are

Locality is the national membership network supporting local community organisations to be strong and successful.

We provide specialist advice, peer-learning, resources and campaigns to help every community thrive, including to create connections and opportunities, and to take over and run assets for the benefit of local people. We believe that when communities come together, they can transform lives and build a fairer society.

You are fabulous! What a turnaround! Thank you. Your membership is the most valuable we have, and has been for several years.”

CEO, Sandwell Deaf Community Association
