Venue: Walworth Living Room, All Saints Hall, Surrey Square, London, SE17 2JU
We're starting this year's Power of Community meeting with host members Pembroke House at their community centre, Walworth Living Room. A welcoming space, free and open to everyone, created by local residents for local residents. In the Living Room, neighbours can come together to meet, share, learn new things and act together for the benefit of the neighbourhood. It's a project of Pembroke House, based nearby - one of the original 'Settlement Houses' that had such a profound impact, inspiring the architects of the modern welfare state in the UK, such as Clement Attlee and William Beveridge.

Hear about this and other work, then share your responses to the question: "How can we influence the policy agenda - what do we embrace and where do we kick back?" | Tony Armstrong, Locality CEO |
