Some rooms in the venue have visible alcohol displays. We've covered what we can, and no alcohol will be served in workshop spaces. Alcohol will be served at dinner; however, there is an option on the booking form to sit at a table where alcohol will not be served. If visible alcohol is a concern for you, please let us know, and we will do what we can to ensure you are in a comfortable space.
Accommodation
Your delegate fee does not include accommodation. There is a Locality rate available at voco Leicester by IHG, one-minute walk from the Convention venue. This is £115 per person per night, based on single occupancy of the bedroom, including breakfast and VAT. This rate is available until Tuesday 19 October.
They have 10 accessible rooms, super-wide lifts, and special assistance for guests who are hard of hearing or d/Deaf. Visit their website for more information.

Travel
As part of our commitment to protecting the environment, we encourage all delegates attending Locality events to travel by public transport.
Arriving by train
The closest mainline train station to the stadium is Leicester station.
The stadium is a flat, 15-20 minute walk. On arrival, turn right out of the station, cross the road and turn left onto Waterloo Way. Continue to the top of the hill onto Tigers Way, where Mattioli Woods Welford Road will be directly in front of you.
Taxis are also available from Leicester Station for a shorter journey, costing around £8 one-way.
Arriving by coach
National Express and Flixbus arrive at St. Margaret's Bus and Coach Station, Leicester.
The stadium is a flat, 20-25 minute walk, or a one-way taxi will cost around £10.
Arriving by car
Free parking is available in the Crumbie car park, off Aylestone Road, LE2 7TR. There are 80 spaces in the car park, and they are available on a first come first served basis.
The recommended overflow car park is Freeman's Park Car Park on Aylestone Road, LE2 7LB. The car park is pay and display, and is a 10-minute walk to the stadium.
Arriving by plane
East Midlands Airport is situated 35-45 minutes by car from the stadium.
A taxi transfer costs around £35 one-way.
The Skylink bus runs every 15 minutes during the day and hourly at night. This costs around £8 and takes about 50 minutes.
