Community ownership unlocked training

Are we ready to build? Managing your community building or renovation project

Taking on a high-cost building (capital) project, whether it's a minor refurbishment or a brand-new construction, is a massive undertaking for any community organisation. This 2.5-hour workshop simplifies the capital development process, helping you move from a vision to a finished building.

We will guide you through the life cycle of a community capital project (building or renovating a building or land), ensuring you have the right leadership, partners, funding and a solid Project Feasibility Report before you break ground.

Delivered by Peter Jones (Development Officer, South West) and Louai Kaakani (Development Officer, London).
